Just any big drugstore. It is a huge white band with velcro. The whole thing is stretchy and it goes around your waist from under boob to top of panties...it really holds your gut in tight so nothing can move and hurt....I woke up with mine on and was told to keep it on for two weeks except to shower...send a friend out for one!!!
