I'm doing pretty good can't complain much!! I just wish all reports were done & submitted to my dr.s office so they can submit it to my insurance already!! The wait is going to drive me insane gurl!! Wowwwwwwwww!!1 Way to go on the 10 lbs!! Your weight loss will pick up again walking is good you will be amazed by how fast 20 mins go by. If you have a Wii try the fitness games they are really good from what I read & friends that I know have it has helped them lose quite a bit of weight all the while, while having fun. Puree food is not really that bad if you like progresso soups try them their not bad when you puree them in a blender. You can also add an unflavored protein to it also to make sure you get enough protein in.....

Hey HDmama!! I am in the medical field and have been doing medical billing and collections for over 20yrs now and to answer your question when they say it's included in the global primary procedure.........you fills are at no cost to you. When the dr signs up with an insurance company and they sign a contract they agree to accept whatever is in their contract with each individual insurance compnay. The CAN NOT bill you for the fills when the insurance company denies it as "Included In The Primary Procedure" It the office tried to bill you for this then you contact your insurance company an have a rep call the dr. office to explain them how to correct their bill/or correct their billing process. I am in the medical field and I will say this to you you can simply tell them that you are going for surgery you DO NOT have to disclose what type of surgery that you are having because of HIPAA laws. Which stands for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act its against the law for them to ask or discuss or even try to find out what type of surgery you are having or about any other health information concerning you. If you have time put in for it now use what time you have available to you. I don't see why they would deny you if you put in the time early enough. The other suggestions that others have gave you are interesting if you should decide to go that route!! Good luck on your upcoming surgery!! ~Smooches~ -

See I thought I was the only that they pissed off in the very beginning!! That's the only problem that I have with them. I think if they stop socializing so much they can tend to the darn patients for once. I schedule my appointments early so I can go to work but never can seem to get out of there before 12:00 they are the worst!! I am going to go to the next meeting to get more info & tips. I keep seeing stuff about this YouTube stuff can you tell me more about it? I mean folks are blogging/recording thier whole lapband experience?? YouTube for support really??? Wowwwwwwww!!! I seen my PCP today & he is excited for me as well for getting this surgery. He said he will have my medical clearence letter ready & faxed to my surgeon by tomorrow!! I wish the psychologist & the nutritionist could be as fast!! HMPH!! The wait is going to do me in gurl!!

Hey you been thinking about you!! Glad you got back to me!! HUGGGGGGGSSSSSSSS!!! I'm good just waiting on the psychologist & the nutritionist to send their reports to the surgeon so they can finally send my paper work to my insurance for approval!!! Seen my PCP today he will have my letter of clearence written & faxed to them tomorrow!! I just wish everyone was as quick as him dang nabbit!! LOL!!
