Gurl I have not gotten back too focusing on school since I don't know when! :confused:First my step-mom took a turn for the worst her passing did something 2 me but I found out that right after she passed and planning on what 2 do next I got the call that I was approved for surgery that I need to come in 1 final time to pick my date & pick up my pre-op paperwork :lol:All I could do was cry 4 joy @ my desk! Every since then I have not done a darn thing w/school I'm bout 2 email my professors 2 let them know of all the things that's been going on so I don't fail none of my classes. Sad thing they r all online but I can't leave this site & the one's I've joined on facebook it's a sickness gurl a sickness I tell ya!!:eek:

I have not been put on any pre-op diet I guess becuz this surgery is a revision to my gastric bypass surgery I had in 2004. I can't wait you are definately going to have to keep me posted!!! Where are you located in TX? I have alot of family/friends in TX:thumbup:

Wowwwwwwwwww!! That would really be great!! I would love to speak with him!! It's more helpful when a trainer knows about weight loss surgeries and the limits that we have!! I have been looking for a place to go to that have water workouts the I tried looking into the YMCA but they are expensive as H-E-double hockey sticks girl!! So yougot an advantage. I can wait to the next meeting I will be post-op and ready to get in gear on my workouts!! I got my Wii Fit Plus going to get the EA Sports gots my vitamins & protein liquid & power!! I am ready!! Come on weight loss!!! Where do you work out at?? Maybe be we can be work out buddies when you wanna just want one of the girls 'round.....I'm up for anything!! Just let me know!!

Thank you so much for the compliment, that's why I NEVER smoked, besides with my asthma I always felt smoking would just kill me faster!! Not to mention that I cancer of various forms run heavily in my family. Now the only thing I will admit to is hanging out with my girls/sisters/ other family members and us eating & drinking all the time.....lol!! We travel alot so you know when women get together there is always food & drinks involved.....lol

:confused: So much on my mind!! I am just grateful that yesterday is over & today is a new day!! My Step-Mom?s funeral was an emotional mess for me!! However, it was such a blessing to hear so many beautiful things said about her. All the people that she touched her in short time here made me so blessed to know that she instilled so many great qualities in me one of them happened to be strength and belief in me!! Thru her strength, I know that I am so ready for this surgery!! I am ready for a better me!!:wub:

Thank you. I don't have a pre-op diet at all. I was just told that I needed to stop smoking (something I never did) stop drinking (no parties for me!! what a bummer!!) and 48hrs before surgery nothing but clear liquids. I see everyone was given a pre-op diet but I guess since mine is really a revision to my gastric bypass they feel that maybe I don't need a pre-op diet. All I have left to do is blood work & a chest x-ray.

Thank you!! Diamond I really like him just mad that he only does surgery on Mon & Tues. I wish he did his surgeries on Thur or Fri so I would not be missing to much work.
