Thanks for the compliment! I joined a gym and do the weight machines first, targeting my problems areas...arms, abs, inner thighs and back. Then I do 45 mins of cardio on the elliptical and then swim for an hour. I do this 3-4 times a week. If I can't make it to the gym, I'll work out at home with Jillian Michaels, we have a love/hate relationship, lol
