I am 23 years old and I am ready to start living my life.  I am in the first stages of the lap band surgery experience.  My first seminar for information is next week.  I already spoke with my insurance and they explained that as long as the doctors pre-approve the surgery for me, it will be approved through them.  I am terrified that they will deny me, but even if they do I am determined to get the surgery and start my new life.  I have spent my whole life overweight using more diet methods than one could ever imagine.  I lost 80 lbs, and gained it back.  Then 50lbs and gained it back.  Then most recently 30lbs and gained it back.  I feel as though this is my only solution, and I am eager to read and learn about other people's stories.
