Dinner...this is one where I have said from day one I would make one dinner for my entire family but I of course would not eat as much as they do. This varies..some sort of chk..ckn cordon blue, bbq ckn, & so forth..meatloaf, pork chops, steak...sides--some sort of potatoe (usually 2 tablespoons) and a veggie 2-3 tablespoons. The protein comes first and it is 2-3 ozs. I never drink while I eat any meal. I walk and use my pool for excercise. I have a ton of positive energy and I think that helps!!!! I hope this helps!!
