I cook fresh produce-broccoli, cauliflower, squash, etc. with some college inn broth and then blend it. For added taste you can add garlic or onion. Sprinkled with parmesan cheese, it is wonderful, and oh so healthy. Reheats easily in microwave and is very filling. no two soups come out the same. I now have a pot of spinach, garlic and squash simmering. Enjoy.
