You sound as though you are doing a wonderful job. It is unreal how much weight you have lost. I was banded on August 30th. 2006 and have lost 41 pounds to date. Would you mind posting what a typical food day is like for you. Thank you and continued good luck -
My name is Fran and I was banded by Dr. Kwon on August 30,2006 in Port Jervis. I had been turned down from two insurance companies so I self paid. To date I have lost 41 pounds and am happy. It is not easy and I realize that the band is a tool and I have to constantly watch what I eat. I am grateful for this forum, and anticipate making many new friends.
