HI, Traciecat! Things are going well! I have hit a plateau. However, I know how my body work...or I least I think I am getting it figured out. I am down 55 lbs. I can't weight to hit the 60 lbs. I am trying to change my relationship with food and not use it so much as an emotional crutch. I have found that I am transferring my love of eating food to cooking food.
