i have been  overweight since i was 13 years old. I finally decided to loose weight and keep the weight off. i have managed to loose up to 40lbs on my own with diet pills(Adipex 37.5) bu i have gained the weight back all the time. i am tired of not being able to play sports or dance  and be active because I'm too big. i am ready to shop for normal size clothes  Medium and Large LOL.. i really hope this works is my last attempt to loose weight  and i will stick to it and i will do everything in my power so that it will work..i am paying  out of pocket so i will not trow away all that money.. i need all the support i can get..good luck to everyone who has made this decision..god bless
