I have been procrasting surgery for about 4 years.  I got approved 3 years ago and was going in for gastric bypass.  I chickened out.  I decided i wanted to try again.  I got approved and was to have gastric bypass on December 17, 2009.  (you guessed it.. i chickened out again!)   Now I have decided to go with the band.  I am really excited about it.  My surgery will be on March 16th.  I have been heavy my whole life and I am just so sick of it.  I am miserable, have high blood pressure and have to take cholestrol meds.
