I've struggled with my weight all of my life. Genetics....After much prayer, I made the decision to use the lap band as a tool, being that I just can't seem to keep weight off on my own. As I age, I know it is not going to beeasier and my father and grandmother, both obese, died before they should have due to weight related conditions. I did a lot of soul searching before I made the decsion to have the procedure.I'm 6 months post-surgery and have no regrets what so ever.
