You will do great too! I still look at all the photos of those who started before me and my goodness they look slim. See I still see myself as fat! It is a hard thing to change the mind, but you can't change the body if you don't change the mind. I have a long way to go, but now I am enjoying the journey getting there! Keep us all posted
