I have a ruptured disc in my lower back. I also have two bulging discs above the ruptured disc. I have severe back pain. I was told that I need surgery. I am very scared of back surgery. I am hoping that the weight loss will keep me from having to have the surgery. And in the mean time help with the day to day pains. And my overall health.
