i started my pre-op diet today, it's wasn't bad but the pills made me really nauseas. the pills wouldn't go down my throat. i drank several cups of water and it still felt like the pills were in my chest. Even later in the day when i went to go work out i felt like the pills were coming up. it felt really nasty.
