I am awaiting approval for my LAP band surgery. I am schedule for Feb 4, 2010 if everything works out. This is sudden for me because I used a previous weight loss attempt as my "6 months diet". I went for orientation last Dec which is my second orientation and I has the consultation on Jan 8,2010. It is almost too sudden for me emotionally but not physically. I am nervous, scared and all the other emotions that one could think of. I am joining the website to get an insight into this process. Also to further convince me to eiter follow through with the surgery or try to do it on my own again.
