I read this suggestion on the site. I buy Premier chocolate protein shakes at Costco with 30 grams of protein. They are around $25 case for 18. I mix mine with frozen strawberries and a dash a vanilla. You can find them by the pharmacy.160 calories, fat 3 g, carbs 5 g, fiber 3 g, sugar 1 g

Can i be noisy and ask why a revision on your tt? Have you lost more weight? I'm happy with mine but can see having a revision maybe down the road. Thanks and good luck!

Hi, I have had a tummy tuck and a breast reduction. I didn't take my husband to any of my consults but was glad to have him drive me to the followup appointments. I felt less distracted not having him at the initial consults and I could concentrate on all my questions. He is very supportive of all my surgery and I'm booked for an arm lift next.

Have had the band 3 years and have lost 140 pounds. Had the port replaced last year due to leaking. Wouldn't change it for the world!

i did the water proof bandaids. Opsite are great and can get them from a surgical supply store. I cut them up cos they are expensive. For the occasion bath it was worth it!

I forgot to mention that my PS said I could wear it when ever. The Recovery Room Nurse where I had my surgery also had a TT years ago after 6 kids and still likes to wear hers when she gets her period.

Had a TT in the spring. I still like to wear it sometimes. Just feels comforting.

Yes I was weighed. Also when they did my port replacement I was weighed.

I'm 55 and just had a tummy tuck. I have a consult with my ps on September 1 for a consult on a breast lift and augment. After I save some more money I want a face lift next summer! Age doesn't matter. We DESERVE this.
