I actually have been just drinking the EAS Myoplex lite Protein shakes. The taste is just getting monotonous. My husband is an avid fitness person and he makes his protein shakes in the blender like this:
12 ounces skim milk, whatever fruit we may have, 2 scoops of Protein powder and maybe some Peanut Butter.
I was thinking, I know I'm not supposed to have solid foods, but if I put a Myoplex shake, 1/2 banana, and a tbsp of peanut butter in the blender, it will liquify it!
