Feeling after the first fill

Had my first fill 31st March and don't really feel an restictions and was feeling a bit down, reading the post hear, now feel some hope, time to book my next fill i think -
had my first fill 4 days ago, 3.5ml, feel some restriction but, I think I need more of a restriction

Had my band fitted 8th Feb 2010, post op very little pain, lost 8kilo on pre op diet, now waiting form my first fill in 2 weeks.
