After considering the surgery for a longa time, I went to a seminar and decided to go with a Realize Band. My weight pre surgery was 292.Had surgery on may 8 2009 and today (01/14/10) my weight is 216. No fills to date. I can eat almost everything. I still have to create a exercise routine.
