I'm 3rd generation of being obese. I had the lapband done in 2006, and it failed after I had my daughter in 2010. In 2012, my surgeon and I decided to convert to the sleeve, and I had the sleeve done on July 23rd.

I'm hoping the sleeve works, and I don't have to go to the bypass. I've known too many people that have had problems after having the bypass.

I graduated from college in 2006, working full time, and with a kid in school. My husband was going to school at the same time I was, so it was interesting from 2003-2006.

I'm working a desk job now, so I'm trying to get exercise in with a small child, work, and family.

I love talking to people and making new friends.
