Hello my name is Joe, I had lap band Jan 2, 06, sept 15 had new lap band, first one broke came apart, did not slip. has anyone have this to happen?

I was having chest pains. When to the hart doc in June every thing was fine.Did an upper GI Sept.5. Ins. paid for the reband. They could not reclippe the old band had to install new band Sept.15. Will see the Doctor Sept. 28. Will try to get more info.
