How come caffenine is a no no. I drink caffenine beverages but maybe I shouldn't can anyone tell me why they say not to? Maybe its in my doctor's lists of don't but I dont recall that. Thanks

Banded Aug 11, 2011 highest weight 213 goal weight 145 dr said i s/b 124 lost 39 pounds so far 1 goal was 175 next goal is 165 for my Birthday 12/22 GOOD LUCK TO ALL -
