I am 53 today and feel very fortunate. Thank you to all of you who post their questions and to all of you who take the time to answer and help others. I have come here countless times to find comfort and inspiration. I was banded in January of this year and have lost 40 lbs. and I am looking forward to losing another 60 lbs. It is an amazing journey made much easier by all of you. Thank you again! Good luck to all of you.

The best shake I have found is Premier Nutrition Protein Shake, I found at Costco. It has 30 grams of protein, 1 gram of sugar, 3 grams of fiber and tastes great!
