I cannot eat bread,rice, tortillas,chicken depending on how its cooked. I couldnt eat lettuce now i can I live on tuna, salmon, chicken from a can, protein bars, peanut butter, diet decaf iced tea with a shot of real lemon, (my grandma swears by lemons and she is 87). My doctor is different he doesnt like splenda, he likes sugar in the raw, just use much less. whole milk as long as it is early. Butter one teaspoon. and Mayo as long as it is in place of the carbs. as long as I dont use crackers with my tuna, i can have one packet of mayo on my tuna. Mediterranian style cooking He says all the fake stuff put in things to make them have no calories make them harmful in the long run. i have a trainer 3 times a week at work and I swim, eleptical, cut grass, walk run on the alternate days. Sunday is my day off. It is amazing to me how much I enjoy it now. I should get my 3rd fill in Oct. still on 217, and now that the 100's are in sight it has made it harder...God Bless, M-
