How about your key person taking 2 weeks off and you get all their projects and they fall apart the first day? At least I leave on vacation as she comes back and she can deal with all of it on her own.

@Ginger Snaps, I would freak, but I took 2 days off and today is my first day back and it seems everything that all my jobs that I had were going great friday when I left and now everything has gone to S%#t??? I got phone calls on my cell like the dam flood broke and everyone was drowning? I can't take a freaking break without someone freaking out????
