Ok, so I found a snack that I can eat that is almost like having potato chips? If your interested, it's Pork rinds. They have no carbs, and are protein and they curb that snacky craving!!! Check it out!!!
Yep, good but I have chosen to stay off pork rinds for a bit. I love popcorn and have started to eat Skinny Pop Popcor. Low carbs and a little protein(not much.) Still must be careful on both - full of sodium.
