Lost another lb this week, it's better than gaining I suppose? Was hoping for more, but its a loss thats all that matters!

Thanks, I am having a hard time finding my groove, with the food part, but I am getting in what I can!!!
That's definitely something I am nervous about when the time comes. When you rely on food for so long and then you have no choice but not to - nerve wracking!
