Ugh so disgusted with myself, I gained 2 lbs for the first time in 7 months and I am so upset. Looks like it's time to re-evaluate what I am doing and eating!!!

I can fluctuate a pound or two from day to day and don't stress it unless it stays up -- which it has now for about 5 days. I know it's not the food -- I'm still staying very much on track with that. So I'm just gonna keep on keeping on and blame it on hormones or PMS or something.
Doesn't mean the weight is there to stay -- no stressing, ok?

I am not stressing it too much, I am just taking it as a oops for now, and watching it this week to make sure that it comes back off!!! I woke up this morning not feeling well so I am putting it on that for now. I know mine isn't my eating either, I eat mostly protein stuff, I don't eat junk food, I wish I could go back to basics and drink protein shakes twice a day for a week but protein shakes make me feel like kaka, like when I eat ice cream, atleast they did when I started so I havent touched them since? I might just try tonight while I am home so I don't get sick at work?
