Ok, so today is 3 weeks out, I have lost some weight, and inches, I can feel it in my cloths. My hubbyman says I walk different? LOL I don't know????

I know what you mean, i feel the exact same, and last night I put a beef roast in the crock pot to make it tender, and then shredded the crap out of it and put BBQ sauce on it, and I tried eating it only to end up in the bathroom with it coming back up? It's too much still for me? I really don't know what to do as I am not getting in very much protein at all cause of the shakes not agreeing with me and just not being able to eat much at all? I am so freaking mad!!!
