    Ugh so disgusted with myself, I gained 2 lbs for the first time in 7 months and I am so upset. Looks like it's time to re-evaluate what I am doing and eating!!!

      I know, I just couldn't believe it when I stepped on the scale this morning, I guess it has to happen at least once to get past it?

      I can fluctuate a pound or two from day to day and don't stress it unless it stays up -- which it has now for about 5 days. I know it's not the food -- I'm still staying very much on track with that. So I'm just gonna keep on keeping on and blame it on hormones or PMS or something.

       

      Doesn't mean the weight is there to stay -- no stressing, ok? :)
