Starting to get discouraged that I won't get to my next goal or my final goal? I only lost a pound this week and I am upset with myself? Its getting so much harder to loose the weight?

Pupi, the only way you won't reach your goal is if you stop trying! Of course weight loss gets slower the smaller you get. Focus on the basics -- if you've slipped in any areas, buckle down again. If you're staying on plan, maybe try something new like a new exercise program to help kickstart again. But, DON'T give up!!! If you're following the plan, working with your doctor and NUT, the weight just HAS to come off!
