i'm about 5 months out and just recently noticed the hair loss/thinning. i've always had super thick hair and i definitely started panicking when i noticed the thinning/loss. i'm a hairstylist so it makes me even more self conscious and concerned. i've been using Nioxin but just started using Alterna Life Volume Restore because its a better product than Nioxin, so i'm going to see if it helps more. I also take biotin daily. I have hypothyroidism as well, so i don't know if thats a contributing factor or not. I'm glad i have been able to read others' stories here to see that i'm not completely alone in this

surgery was good & my recovery is going great! i'm so happy to be finally feeling better. and i had my 2 week follow up today, i lost 5 more pounds!! (10 over the 3 days i was on the clear liquid diet & 5 more since surgery!!) how are you??

i buy fat free refried beans (rosarita) & heat them up. add some shredded cheese, some 505 salsa, & a little light sour cream. yum! for 1/2 cup its only 173 cal total. & keeps ya full
