I can fit in the backseat of my mini van thrid row wow! My pants are so loose that when i go to the bathroom i just pull them down. I have more energy to run after my three year old. My sex life is returning ( my husband love that) lol And i have more confidence in myself. I still have a long way to go but i rather do it at a slow pace then a fast one and gain gain all the weight back:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup: -

I had surgery nov 23 2009 and at surgery i was 424. I am now 360 yes it is a slow process and i have had three fills and about to have my fouth when i schedule it. But I think i need to something else other than walking to move the weight. any suggestions. -

There are no regrets. I was 424 i had surdery 11/23/09 im down 64lbs and can.t wait until i lose these 36lbs to acheive the 100lbs weight lost. Don't ever think you did the wrong thing keep up the good work.

I lost my hair all in the back. every time i touch my hair it comes out in bulk. i went to the doctor and she gave me a b12 shot i go back and get another one on june 30, i hope this work because it is too hot for wigs in chicago right about now. i had my surgery in nov 23 2009. and have lost 64lbs. off of a 424 body and i feel great besides the hair loss. im goin to try the biotin too to see what works the fastest.:biggrin::thumbup: -
my name is gillian and i live in chicago. i had my surgery nov 23, 2009. My starting weight was 424 pounds as of july 14 when i went to the doctor i now weigh 360. It has it good and bad to it but i think i did the right thing by having the surgery. because if i didn't i would probably be in the grave.:smile::wub::scared2::wub::tt2::wub:
