I have 2 insurance company one is with state and the other one is Federal. state insurance won't pay but my federal did all except for the phyic and nurt but when it came for the hospital doc they code some of that wrong and i was out more money I was out over all about 2000. dollars. if you need anymore help just let me know.

hi michelle u are about the same weight and height as I am and I am thinking about the surgery I actually would like to lose about 85 pounds. di your insurance co pay for the surgery
