i m feeling great (STILL HUNGRY) but better.
dr geiss office is ok everyone has been nice... i do still have a little black n blue and it has not gone away but the dr said not to worry about it.. did u get the band yet??? how are you feeling??

ok so i call the dr again today, they said that it is a Haematoma not a blood clot. that i have to wait for my body to heal...it is still as large as the other day and i thought a Haematoma was the same as a blood clot but they said no. that i need to just take is EZ and that my body will heal:unsure:

i saw the dr. on friday he said it is not my port. it is a VERY large blood clot.(i thought the large lump i was feeling was my port) they gave me the blood thiner shot the day i had the band put in but somtimes it does not work and it sure as hell did not work on me.. it is the size of a orange.. i have to put hot water on it to try and break it up!!!

Sorry for the graphic pic. I was banded on 1/5/10. This pic is taken on 1/8/10. I went home with bandaids, lol.

i did have the LOVENOX SHOT but that was on the other side i did not take a pic of that. that side is black and blue but it is not as big. my dr did see the b/b in the hospital but he said somtimes it happend... i call the office three days after i came home and they said it is ok the it will spread down and get yellow then go away. i do have an appt to see him on friday so we will see what happends.. but i do have a question? can anyone else feel the portal... i can feel it with my hand when i lay down on my back!!! -
