Hi there. I saw your post about dealing with the relationship with food. My addiction is sugar and bread. I spent 3 years in Overeaters Anonymous and they saved my life. They directed me to "the body knows" It is a book that deals with all of that. I went for 3 years without sugar, flour, or wheat. It was damn hard work, I won't lie to you, but they teach you how to deal honestly with your relationship to food. Without it, I don't think I would be able to handle band-life. It is a structured program, but they are wonderful, and provide good support. You may want to start with the book "the body knows" It may help you enough to get you started. I will tell you that OA groups probably would not like the idea of the band, that is a down fall of the groups, but everything else is mucho helpful! write me anytime!
