Good Morn-Ting, Mama!! I doubt that you will gain it back what I would like to suggest is up your protein to 60 grams per day if will keep you fuller longer! Also, if you can up your fiber intake too it will help you out until you are to get your 1st fill. If you need some ideas on some good (liquid) proteins let me know. I know of some that are really good tasting. I'm so glad we have a snow day today at work but I am so tired of all this freaking snow!! I'm about to call the nurses staion to see what time I have to be to the hospital on Monday......Yeahhhhhhhh!!
