Hi Mike! How are you doing? Was thinking about you the other day wondering if you where hanging in there. I'm doing pretty good other than dealing with an outbreak of lice at my daughter school and lucky me she got it....urgh! Band wise I'm doing better. I got a fill last Monday...I have a 14 cc band and I already had 3 cc in it and he added another 3.5cc. I've been pretty tight since then. Have been pretty restricted almost a little to much but I think it's loosening up a little. Today was the first night I was able to eat my dinner without thinking it was coming back up!!! I've lost 10 pounds since last Monday at the Drs...that's the good thing! Finally blew 300's out of the water and down to 292 this am....it seemed to happen in about 1 day too...weird! I was 302 at the Dr's then next couple days 299 or 300 them bam next day 293?? WTH?? Ah well as long as it stays I'm good with that!
