  1. I use the daily plate to record all my food and track calories/ protien/ water it's pretty neat. You should check it out http://www.thedailyplate.com/ When I did the weight thing on the first page though it said I should eat like 2000 cal a day (to loose 2 pounds a week) I'm like no I can't eat that much so I just changed my daily cals to 1090 since I figured my BMR and how many cals I should have per day to loose 2 pounds a week. Anyway it's a pretty cool web site. Let me know what you think!
