sorry I haven't gotten back with you sooner. Congrats on your surgery date....not too long now! Do you have a pre-op diet? Exercise has been a little slow for me. I still don't seem to have much energy. I did go to the gym for the first time this last Saturday and did 37 min on eliplical. I've not been consistent though...I really got to get my butt in gear....lol! Hopefully now that I'm able to go to mushies I'll have more energy. I'm still down the same amount....gained a little bit when I started to eat a bit more....and now I'm going back down again slowly!!!! I'm hoping when I can be eating more protein and less carbs I'll be going back down. I am additcted to the scale...haha...I usually weight every morning but I only record it once a week. I've been using the daily plate to record my cals...that works great! Been staying between 800-1100 cals a day. I don't know if I got all the questions but ask again if you'd like...lol! Take care!
