Hi Mike! Well I'm feeling pretty good today. Mostly my back hurts and a little bit tender at the port site. I'm trying to just take liquid ibuprophen today. I accually already have a gym membership. Before surgery I did the eliptical 35 min going from resitance 1 to 8. I was doing that 2-3 times a week...then I have a recumbant bike at home that I used a couple times a week and walking once a week or so w/ the fam. That's worked out pretty good for me. Not feeling quite strong enough for the gym yet but I think I'm going to try and get on the bike this afternoon. Dinner went well the other night...had a bowl of soup and I did splurge on a hot fudge sundae shotter from Applebees but I couldn't eat it all. Probably not supose to eat but i didn't go over my 800 cals for the day so ah well. I've been doing well getting in my fluids, still a little low on protien and cals/ protien shakes just haven't been appitizin but I did better yesturday.
