I had lapband surgery about 3 yrs ago and Ilost about 60 lbs, but slowly my weight is inching up and I am at a loss as to how to control it. I have had my band tightened several times, in fact, the last time my surgeon told me that I was almost too tight so he didnt want to tighten it anymore. I have a hard time eating unless I eat really really slow. Meat is almost impossible to eat. I feel like I live on 1% milk sugar free lattes, because they satisfy my hunger pangs and will go down.I eat salad everyday for lunch, by salad, I mean, lettuce with dressing. I love veggies soi at dinner I always try to incorporate a lot of veggies, like mushrooms, carrots, celery, brussel sprouts, cabbage, etc. Try to make stir fries once in a while. No desserts, which were never really my issue to begin with. I was lifting weights everyday and using an ab lounger and riding my bike and still my weight would not move. I know that my age has something to do with it, but still I feel like I am not eating anything so I cant figure out where to go from here.My main physician keeps telling me to get my weight down, go get my band tightened but it is so tight that I already have issues eating.Any suggestions????
