Are spicy foods tolerated differently after banding? I like spicy food (tobasco is not hot in my book). It makes me more satisfied an I am inclined to eat less. I understand that I'll need to take it easy at first but will I be banned from spice forever? Thanks for your help

One thing I enjoy is a big glass of ice Water (32 oz). Also, my wife and I hike quite a bit. When hiking, hydration is key. I'll typically go through 100 oz in a 4 hour hike. Will the band require me to change this behavior. Thanks for your help.
