GhostDog started following NutriGenie software, Why Do I get so Scared before Each Fill?, I am totally insane. ashamed to even post here, now and and 7 others

Going for another fill tomorrow. I've developed a "fear of fills".... I had one early fill experience before I knew to fast b4 & after the fill---it was very unpleasant. I'm mostly scared that I won't be able to take all my Rx's--and also of that horrible feeling of stuff "getting stuck" Yes i guess i'm a weirdo:crying:

Hi folks. i'm trying to get back on track and believe it or not i JUST found out about portable calorie/fitness trackers. I just ordered a CalPal, but am also interested in a fitness monitor. the GoFit is a little pricey for me. What features are most important? Heart rate, calories burned, target zone? any help is appreciated:blink:

you can look up my threads for backstory. i am really a failure at this and don't know how to get out of this mess. it's gotten so bad i'm even ashamed to post on support forums. I've only lost about 40# since 1/09 and have completely fallen off the wagon. :frown: i'm disgusted at hearing me make the same excuses ive made for 30yrs. right now i have 5.2cc in a 10cc band, and i'm going to call for another adjustment see if i can get in next week. *sigh* -
I have exact same issue. My mouth gets extremely dry during the night---i have to wake up to take a drink at least 4 times. i also get a horrible taste in my mouth where i didn't used to.

going tomorrow for my 3rd or 4th fill. i think i'm about 4.7 cc right now. Last time he filled to 5cc---i had to get an emergency unfill--i panicked b/c i could not take my RX medicines. SO i'm very scared about tomorrow. If he fills it too tight--i won't be able to get it changed probably until next week. also--i've not been doing well and i hate being lectured. i know i have failed miserably. Did i panic too soon after 5cc? Can anyone please help? thanks G:eek: PS i have the Standard Size Lap Band--10cc size

I don't get fluro fills either. well he did a floro right after surgery to make sure it was working right. I don't under why ppl keep telling me it's "head hunger" when my stomach is growling so loud that literally my co-workers can hear it, and i have PHYSICAL sensation of what you feel when you are hungy---ie, rumbling, tumbling, buzzing growling in the area below my diaphragm and above my navel. Can someone point me to definitive information (scientific) that distinguishes this type of hunger? I appreciate everyone's respone to my somewhat tortured posts. thanks GD:blink:
