Well I guess I think of this as a big step.  I have been considering having surgery (bariatric) for some time.  I have finally made an appt.  I am a little nervous.  I see this as a tool to help me get healthy.  I am working with a therapist too so that I can get to the base of my eating at the same time.  I really don't want to go through surgery without getting to the source of the problem.  Hopefully using the 2 tools together will be a permanent solution.  I want to be healthy so that I can play with my kids and not have to stop and rest and to have the energy to do all the things that I want to do.So here it goes
