Treadmill VS Elliptical

I love my elliptical. It seems less stressful on my knees and I get a great workout on it. I live in Michigan and so it is great in the winter. When I want to walk I open my front door and go. Either way it is a matter of using it. Good luck:redface: -
Well i went to the info meeting and was a little disapointed. The really push bypass which I d not want. And they are telling us that you can only lose about 40-60% of the weight you need to lose doing the lap band. I am so confused. I am going to try to go through with it still. I am doing weight watchers to try to lose as much weight as i can prior to. It is all in the insurance companies hands now.
