Thanks for your comment . As far as what I eat I do the low carb diet which my dr suggested. I do not have any carbs except what is in veg. I was told to have no more than 30 carbs a day so I try to leave those for hidden carbs that I dont no is in something. I also only eat the 3 meals and try not to snack inbetween meals. If I do have something I make sure it is 0 carbs. I hope this helps.
