    Need a workout plan that's simple

    Take it slow.....go for a short walk in your neighborhood! Then gradually incorporate some exercise at home. There are tons of exercises you can do at home with no weights. Then after a few months if you feel like hitting the gym? Go for it! The key is to set a short term goal. (I want to be able to do 10 push-ups in 1 month).
