I am on day 6 of my three-week pre op diet. I have Optifast shakes/bars to replace three meals a day, plus 2 cups of green non-starchy veggies and two pieces of fruit per day. Many surgeons in Aus do not allow even the two pieces of fruit, so I'm pretty lucky! The first few days were HORRENDOUS, but my body seems to be a bit more used to it now so I feel okay. Bored to tears by the shakes and bars, but okay :thumbup:
